NewLUX #3 Activator

pply layer of NewLUX Activator to harden powder so nails can be drilled, filed, & shaped. 

* NOTE - NewLUX Activator is very fast drying and strong activator. We suggest applying a layer of the  NewLUX Acitivator after Buffing the nails. After applying, wash the nails with water and dry them with a paper towel, then apply the NewLUX Top coat 2 times ( this way the Brush will not harden ). If the NewLUX Activator is not completley dry, then top coat brush will harden.
