Suggested directions of use:
1. Apply over Top gel No-Clean (Non-wipe).
2. The top gel should be completely cured before applying hyper chrome powder.
3. Rub on the top gel with disposable gloves (No tools needed)
4. After applying Hyper Chrome powder, apply Top gel over to complete process.
